Railinc Customer Success Center

The Railinc Customer Success Center (CSC) provides reliable, timely and high-level support for Railinc customers. Specialists are available to answer calls and respond to emails from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday, and provide on-call support via pager for all other hours to ensure support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Contact the team with questions, problems and comments related to Railinc applications and products, and related-rail industry information. We also provide technical support for:

  • EDI transmissions

  • Message research

  • Dial-in communication

  • New mailboxes and message retransmissions.
